terms

Posting - The client can set the conditions as if the commission can be posted publicly by the artist or be held confidential.
Progress - Work timeline will differ depending on the condition of the artist (health, order of commission, complexity of the commission, work, school, or private issues). Of which the client will be notified.
Deadlines & ETA - Setting a deadline is possible but it must be discussed ahead. Otherwise, there will be no deadlines. However, the estimated time of arrival will be provided. The client can view the progress live on Trello.
Payment - The client can choose between paying upfront (the artist will continue the work and show the client hi-res screenshots). An invoice will always be set. The currency will be in USD.

Payment Options
All payment will be through PayPal (Tax included).

Refund Policy - After the first draft has been sent you the client. If the client wishes to cancel the commission. The artist will refund 80% of the payment (Tax included).
If the commission is already in the coloring stage, no refunds will be given.

conditions

works depicting the following will be rejected

° Glorification of self-h*rm and su*cide of one's self, another person or character.
° Glorification of hate-speech, terrorism, racism, violence towards any specific person, company, groups, brand, etc.
° Sexualized depiction of an underage (under 18) person or character. This also includes real life people or characters who are modelled after children or cater to the sexualization of minors.

Gore - The artist is comfortable with depicting blood, injury, infliction. Drawn or written references are highly preferred.Furry - Limited to drawing only humanoid with any animal traits such as ears, tail, horns, wings, etc.NSFW - The artist is comfortable with depicting sexual poses _{(nude, revealing clothings, poses)} with characters above the age of consent.

price and work timeline will depend on the complexity of the commission.

copyright & usage

The artist will hold the rights to the commissioned product, not the client. Therefore, the following is within the artist rights:

| Promote their artwork on any platform.| Present the artwork as a sample or portfolio piece to other individuals or groups.| Publish the artwork for non-commercial purposes only.

the artist is not allowed to turn the commissioned artwork or design into profitable goods or merchandise that will give gain personally, to any other individuals or to groups that are not the client.

The client is allowed to do the following:

| Use the commissioned artwork or design as a physical good, such as paper-based works, merchandise, apparel, or tattoos for only themselves.

breaking the copyright's terms in any form will resolve into taking away the rights of the client had over the work.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

| Reproducing the commissioned artwork or design commercially without the knowledge or the consent of the artist.| Taking credit for the creation of the product itself.| Altering or removing the artist's watermark, signatures without the knowledge or the consent of the artist.
